We prepare, wrap and send each item with the same care we use in restoring it thoughtfully, sustainably and with protection at the forefront.

UK Delivery

Small & Delicate Items.
Candles, diffusers, and smaller restored pieces travel via a tracked, insured courier service.
  • UK Mainland: £6.95.
  • Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: £9.95.
All parcels are wrapped securely using recycled or previously travelled materials where possible a reflection of our commitment to sustainability and gentle impact.

If a box looks a little well-travelled, it is. We believe beauty should not come at the cost of unnecessary waste.

European and International Delivery

For European and international delivery, we are happy to arrange a bespoke shipment.

Each piece is carefully handled and fully insured throughout transit.

Before Ordering Furniture

We want the arrival of your chosen piece to feel effortless.
To help with this, we gently encourage checking:
  • Doorway widths.
  • Hallway turns.
  • Staircases.
  • Tight corners or narrow entrances.
  • Lift access (if needed).
If you’re unsure, we are always happy to guide you before you order.
If delivery cannot take place due to access restrictions, specialist couriers may charge for return or re-delivery.
A few simple measurements ensure your piece can settle comfortably into its new space.

Delivery Windows, Scheduling & Missed Deliveries

Once your piece is ready to travel, you will receive:
  • A proposed delivery window.
  • Courier contact details (when applicable).
  • Tracking information if available.
Delivery windows may be approximate due to specialist routing and shared consignments.

We will always communicate clearly and kindly.

Independent Courier Services

We partner with independent specialist couriers who handle restored furniture with exceptional care.
As these services are carefully routed, delivery times may be shaped by:
  • Regional routes.
  • Shared shipments.
  • Weather and traffic conditions.
  • Seasonal demand.
We remain in close communication throughout the delivery process and support you at every step of the journey.

Sustainable Packaging

We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible, including:
  • Clean, reused boxes.
  • Recycled paper and padding.
  • Protective materials that have travelled before.
Every item is wrapped and secured with care, and always insured during its journey.

When Your Piece Arrives

Our restored pieces carry the quiet marks of their history. Subtle variations, aged patina, and signs of a previous life are part of their character and are never considered faults.
However, should anything appear inconsistent with the description or seem to have occurred during transit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can put it right.

Returns

Restored Furniture & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Each restored piece is unique and considered individually. For this reason, restored furniture and one of a kind items are non-returnable.
If damage occurs during transit, the matter will be resolved in line with our Sustainability, Damage & Liability Policy, ensuring the piece is repaired, replaced where appropriate, or refunded if restoration is not possible.
Candles & Diffusers
Returns for candles and diffusers are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
  • Unused.
  • In original condition.
  • Packaging intact.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
